What we collect
Renewal Match collects professional contact and selected-role information; when applicable, aggregate group renewal information, a group-level renewal PDF, confirmed carrier compensation values, a carrier commission-schedule PDF, and the matches generated from those inputs.
What not to upload
Do not upload employee names, Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, medical or claims information, diagnoses, member identifiers, banking information, credentials, member-level census files, commission statements, payment details, or policyholder records. Files that appear to contain prohibited data may be rejected.
How information is used
Information is used to generate private, non-marketable shelf-rated program and role-specific compensation comparisons and to create an expiring case-review path. Millennial Insurance Group receives the case only for the appointment, contracting, or official quote review to which the submitter consented. Information is not used to bind insurance or complete an appointment automatically.
Storage and deletion
Uploads are kept in private object storage and are not published at public file URLs. Cases are scheduled to expire after 30 days unless an approved official quoting process requires a different retention period. Operational logs are designed not to include document contents.
Questions or deletion requests
Email contact@millennialinsgroup.com with the Renewal Match case reference. Verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.
